This product contains the same patented polymer as the OraVet Barrier Sealant, but in a less concentrated gel formulation for easy application.

Starting 2 weeks after the prophy, pet owners apply the gel along the buccal gingival margin using the applicator supplied. It’s quick and easy to do. Pet owners can apply the gel in less than a minute. This in-home application maintains the plaque and calculus barrier created by the sealant in the clinic.

OraVet Plaque Prevention Gel is odorless, tasteless and invisible once applied. The gel is compatible with tooth brushing, dental diets and dental chews.

Best of all, the gel needs to be applied only once a week to significantly reduce plaque and calculus formation.
